Whenever a Community Council meeting is planned, the Agenda and contact details (usually of the Clerk) are placed in the notice boards in bus shelters in St. Brides Major, in Ogmore-by-Sea and Southerndown as well as other locations such as St. Brides Major village shop.  The minutes of the previous meeting are also displayed.
